When we have chronic signs, signals, or pain in our body, it doesn’t mean that we are broken or falling apart. Rather, it means that something is off or out of alignment in some way, shape, or fashion.

Welcome back, Natural Health Family. What a great weekend mix of sunshine and rain. When it comes to our health, we mustn’t overdo or exhaust the energy required to keep our bodies healthy. What does that mean? It means that we must use our energy wisely if we want to be well. Let’s explore the aspects of alignment, and why it can help us to be better off at achieving and maintaining a healthy state.

How could we be out of alignment? When we think of alignment, we typically think of our body, our spine, perhaps, and whether we feel “out of whack” or not. Sometimes we may say that I just feel “off.” Our body can show us how we can be unbalanced or out of alignment in a certain way. Of course, when you break a bone, you will feel pain to make sure that you don’t further damage it and allow some time for it to heal. These are signals from your body to help you to get back in alignment. When we have chronic signs, signals, or pain in our body, it doesn’t mean that we are broken or falling apart. Rather, it means that something is off or out of alignment in some way, shape, or fashion. The next question to ask is, “What can make our body out of balance?” The answer would then be stressors: emotional, physical, and chemical. Then you may ask, “With all the stressors, we can’t take them all away, so how do we get back into balance?” You are right to ask that. So yes, we can’t eliminate all the stress. However, just like climbing a mountain to get to the top, it is our ability to overcome the stress that matters. We use our strength, training, willpower, and endurance to beat the gravity of climbing up the mountain. So, like in life, when we make ourselves strong, have the right support, and are more adaptable, we are able to take on the stress and still maintain our health.

Life can be challenging at times, and when our health declines it can get that much more difficult. However, as we find the correct path to get our health back on track, build ourselves back up, life tends to be that much better. We are stronger together, but it is important to make ourselves strong so that when we are called to serve others, we will be better able to do so.

Have a great week!
