Welcome back, Natural Health Family.
I hope everyone had a good weekend. We all move through life learning in different ways and in today’s world there is so much information out there. However, when the common information isn’t getting the results that are intended or wanted then we can choose to learn new information. When we do learn new information we act in different ways which can ultimately bring a new outcome. When we decide to not react but rather to respond in a new way we can bring about a new outcome, starting with individuals then expanding so others can follow suit.
Have you ever watched tv and when something would come on such as a commercial or an announcement you find yourself “re-acting” in a certain way such as being frustrated or worried? Or it could be something in our daily lives that we feel brings stress on us. These moments can show us information about ourselves that can actually help us. Reactions are normal, think of reacting to a bus coming at you at full speed at the intersection. A good reaction is to get out of the way. However, it isn’t so much that we face these situations in our day to day. Rather, it is small circumstances, situations, or people that we can have a reaction to. When we are able to notice these reactions we can have the ability to choose differently, to respond in a new way. This allows us not to give so much of our energy away. Then we can see that the stress was not so much an issue but a blessing allowing us to see what to do differently.
We all will go through many challenges in life but it’s our ability to respond that will allow us to move through it in a better way. Sometimes it is good to slow down, to reset, and see the world differently. It is good for all of us to relax our bodies and minds, which can be done in many ways, so that we can have more energy for a healthier and happier life.
Thanks for reading.
