Health in Many Ways
Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation!
I hope you’re ready for Fall and enjoying the nice weather we’ve had so far. Fall is a great season, but what comes after it always causes trouble! My sister lives in Minnesota, and they have their own ways of enjoying winter—but for us here in Illinois, it’s more of a pain than anything else.
Strengthening Your Immune System
Around this time of year, we start going through a lot of our key immune-strengthening products, such as Congaplex and Cataplex A+C.
These two products are fantastic for building up your immune system to handle the unique stresses of cold weather, holiday travel, and seasonal bugs. We find that our patients who follow our protocols closely rarely end up with infections that keep them down for long. While your body may still react to seasonal bugs, a strong immune system handles them quickly—allowing you to keep moving forward without an unnecessary trip to the doctor for medications or antibiotics. It is very much worth the time and money spent to stay genuinely healthy!
Understanding the Body's Innate Wisdom
The article I’m reviewing this month looks at a study determining that the ovaries have a "second life" after menopause. While it’s great that this study was conducted, it doesn't go far enough in highlighting the deeper flaws in our current healthcare system.
Too often, mainstream medicine assumes all science regarding the human body is settled and fully understood. Yet history repeatedly shows us otherwise:
Tonsils & Appendices: For years, doctors routinely removed tonsils and appendices under the assumption that they served no purpose, only to discover later that they play vital roles in the immune system.
Hormone Therapy: Today, we see complete hysterectomies and synthetic hormone replacement therapy being prescribed—approaches that can feed estrogen-dependent cancers like breast cancer. (I personally lost three aunts to breast cancer due to this flawed "science.")
This research reminds us that the "science" is never truly settled—only the human body itself fully understands its organs, glands, and natural design.
Taking Charge of Your Health
The main takeaway is simple: we must work with the body's innate intelligence rather than blindly relying on lab findings or self-proclaimed experts.
We only get one life and one body, and it deserves proper care. We routinely invest time and maintenance into our cars and houses, yet many people assume they don't need to actively maintain their health—believing they can eat, drink, and be merry, and rely on medical science to pick up the pieces when things break down.
True health doesn't work that way. That mindset is precisely why nursing homes and care facilities are so overwhelmed today.
At Natural Health, we are dedicated to helping our patients find true health and lasting vitality.
Get Healthy, Stay Healthy, and Live Well!
