Welcome back, Natural Health Family.
Time seems to be flying doesn’t it? Nonetheless, how are we spending that time? In this present day and age there are so many “things” going on. We are able to see so much because of what we have now. With the technology we have a small story can spread like fire across the whole country, which before could take weeks or days, now only takes minutes. This can be a blessing but also a curse. We must be vigilant about what we allow ourselves to read, learn, hear, see, and accept about what is going on in the world. I am not saying to be overly cautious but to have discernment.
The world now is faster than it has ever been. Information is ready and available at your fingertips. Information is easier to gain more than ever. This is a double edged sword. You see, on one hand it can be helpful when we want to learn something and need help with something. Or it can be information overload, endless distractions, and a disconnect with what's important in our lives. Everything has two sides, just like a coin, some people see heads and some see tails. When it comes to technology we can use it to benefit us, to engage with others, and to utilize it in a positive manner. Or we can allow it to use us, to take our energy, our time, and our attention. In this world of information you can see that there are two sides, a side that promotes people being victims of sickness, an illness, or something out of our control. On the other hand, there is the side in which it empowers us, to understand how people get sick, knowledge to get us healthy, and wisdom to not keep making the same mistakes.
Health is normal, but in a world of sickness and dis-ease we can be distracted to think that people just get lucky if they are well and healthy. That is why it is important to guard our minds and to digest information that helps us and not to be consumed by what is potentially hurting many people. When we understand more fully what we are capable of then we can help others to see the light of health rather than be tormented by sickness which lures in the dark.
Be a light for others and have a great week.
