Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation –
I hope that you enjoyed your weekend and had fun mowing the grass again. It’s
so nice to see everything green up and the tree leaves grow (even though we’ll have to
rake them up in the fall – ha).
Spring Allergy Season is upon us, and we find that if we
can get peoples immune system working well and over all of the winter colds and flu,
the “allergies” aren’t nearly as bad, or are gone. I have seen over the years that people
that can't get over their winter colds are flus have a lot more “allergies” problems that we can help with immune system support that we have here at Natural Health. There is
quite a list of whole food concentrate supplements that we have to help strengthen the
immune system and these are much better for your body than taking over the counter
allergy relief medication, of course. We have gone through most of the holidays now
starting with Halloween and ending with Easter, which are excuses to eat too many bad
foods that deplete our bodies of nutrients that keep the immune system working at peak ability. What we do here at Natural Health is to find the supplement that that patient needs to have a strong immune system and a vibrant detox and lymphatic system, which help to get rid of the toxins and mucus that comes from fighting colds and flu bugs. We also watch for the need of increased vitamin D complex at the end of the winter time as we have been stuck inside for many months. Don't let them fool you by having you take a synthetic D3 vitamin pill when your body needs all of the D's in the
complex and a food source is a much better way of getting all of them.
The article that I'm sending along, and have been studying, looks at the uptick in
liver disease throughout the country and the world. This is due in part to the bad foods,
and drinks, as usual, but also all the toxins and chemicals in the environment. This
would include all the drugs and medications that people take whether over the counter
or prescribed. Yes we know that people sometimes need to take medication and we
understand that but it's important to find the underlying cause of the problem, which we do here at Natural Health, and get off of the medication as it's only meant to be a
temporary fix for an emergency situation and should not be taken for an extended
period of time. We have even developed a special program for the diagnosis of “fatty
liver” that works very well in helping to rebuild the liver tissue and get blood tests that
have shown liver damage back into the normal range. The article even points out that
some of these blood tests do not show the whole problem as these ranges are not
always healthy but allow the medics to show some deterioration of the liver as “normal”.
Actually, there should be no deterioration or damage to the liver showing up on blood
work but that's not how it works now.
This is another reason that we love our Nutritional
Response Testing technique as a way of being much more specific and exacting when
testing the body. It also shows us the condition of the body in real time whenever we
need to test it and for whatever condition.
