Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation –
I hope that you enjoyed your weekend and were able to get out in the nice weather. It’s great that the temperatures have come down a bit and that we have gotten some rain. The air seems a lot cleaner as the dust and pollen have been washed out. The farmers needed a break as they have been working hard to get the crops out and hopefully the rain will hold the dust down for a while. Again – we have our great product called Antronex which helps the liver have a higher capacity to drain the lymphatics, so we don’t have a runny nose, headaches, and sinus infections. There are so many great products that we introduce to patients to help with almost any problem the body has. Even if the medics blame genetics, we know of the study of epigenetics which is what is in the environment that causes genes to turn on and off. This includes the foods and drinks that we consume.
The article that I’m sending along today looks at the ways to lower heart disease risk. We all know that refined sugars and flour cause all kinds of health problems including cardiovascular disease. This article looks at the processed seed oils and the linoleic acids they contain that humans should not consume. Remember that one of the big reasons that store managers went to processed seed oil is that they didn’t get rancid and could stay on the shelves for long periods of time to make more money. That’s all great for them but consumers are dying of cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes, etc., and have been for decades now. This came from the big, and wrong, ideal that saturated fats cause heart disease. This has been debunked over and over, as our great grandparents would know. These articles are great, but folks need directions on how to do these things. That’s what we do at Natural Health with a well-used protocol to help patients detox and get their bodies working to produce energy which helps them to be able to heal themselves as the human body has done for millennia. The human body has the innate intelligence to be able to heal itself as long as the neurologic barriers, like heavy metal toxicity, are removed and the basic building blocks for repair are provided, again what we do at Natural Health.
