The Long-Term Impact of Chlorine Exposure

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation -

I hope that you all had a great weekend and a good week last week. I was on vacation last week in Minnesota visiting my sister who lives in Detroit Lakes. It was almost cold some morning there. I don’t think you had that problem around Quincy though. The weird thing in DL was the haze caused by the Canadian wildfires. You could actually smell the smoke at times. There are environmental toxins everywhere. It looks like here, though, you’ve had a lot of heat and humidity. This is where our Cal-Amo product shines as an electrolyte source, to stave off dehydration. Patients are experiencing headaches and digestive problems due to dehydration, and not from the lack of water only, but lack of electrolytes that help the kidneys to work correctly. The word electrolytes is just a fancy word for sea salt or mineral salt (not the junk white refined salt). We go through a lot of our Cal-Amo product, especially in a hot and humid summers like this one.

And speaking of environmental toxins, the article that I’m sending along, looks at the problems with Chlorine being everywhere. It’s bad enough being in the tap water, but worse in the shower, because you inhale it, and then it being in the pools folks are in. At Natural Health, we try to get patients to stay away from these sources but sometimes you just can’t avoid it. This is why it’s so important to have a strong detox and elimination system in the body. If all these chemicals stay in the body, along with other bad habits, it’s no wonder we have so many problems with heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. There are many other chemicals in the environment that we just have to deal with so keeping the detox and elimination system strong is essential to being healthy these days. I hope that you have time to read the article, at least the condensed part at the beginning, because the toxin Chlorine is so common in our lives. I’m sure that you’ve walked into restrooms and the like and been hit by that distinctive odor. And if the manufacturers are using chlorine water to clean and wash foods, another source of the problem. It can also kill off the natural intestinal flora, causing bowel and digestive problems. You can see what I mean about being aware of this issue and avoiding the possible diseases that bother the masses.
