The Science Behind Temperature and a Good Night's Sleep

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation-

Well, it's a great day and Happy New Year to everyone! I hope that you all survived the holidays and had some fun in there and got rested up for the new year. We're very much looking forward to 2026 as we had a great year last year helping our patients and we expect to do better this year… because this nation is so sick! Hopefully you're seeing news out there showing the problems with the vaccine schedules, and the food dyes, and the sugar and junk food in the SNAP program, and on, and on. As a natural health provider, we have witnessed all this for decades but thankfully it's becoming more mainstream now. It's very disheartening to hear statistics like 1 in 17 little boys having autism, cancer rates are so high, and etcetera, especially when we know how to help these people and prevent these tragic outcomes. Most of it is just common sense but the “public health” people, who think they know everything, think that they know better than the human body and its own innate ability to heal itself. As you notice, you don't get much information from public health departments on how to eat better, how to exercise, how to sleep better, how to breathe correctly, and so forth. They just want to propagandize people about how great vaccines are and that's all you've got to worry about when the truth is so different. We're looking forward to a health revival in this nation and plan to be at the tip of the spear here at Natural Health.

The article that I'm sending along looks at the need for reduced temperatures in the room you sleep in so that you get good sleep. Getting good sleep is one of the big factors we look at with our patients on their health journey. Many people don't sleep well for reasons that can be easily handled by changing certain habits like: watching TV in the bedroom, keeping electronic devices too close to the bed near your head at night, or simply not taking the time to sleep enough. We also find that many people are deficient in the B vitamins that have to do with strengthening the parasympathetic nervous system, which is your body’s system that has to do with rest, relaxing, and repair of the body. Eating a lot of refined carbohydrates can burn up these essential B vitamins and that leads to people having problems sleeping and even just being able to relax or calm down at all. We have many great ways of helping with sleep and with helping our patients learn how their bodies can repair themselves and basically do some anti-aging as the body heals itself. Even weight loss cannot happen very well if the body always feels like it's stressed and the cortisol levels are high. There are many other things we do to help with weight here at Natural Health, and we look at healthy weight loss and the ability to keep it off by educating the patient on what causes the problems in the first place. Just so you know, excess weight is not the cause, it is the result of the cause.
