Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation –
I hope that you enjoyed your weekend as it may be one of the last warm ones. It looks like we're headed towards cooler temperatures but hopefully not too cool too fast. We definitely need some rain as everything is very dry. The farmers are working diligently to get their crops out and because it's so dry, there sure is a lot of dust from their activities. We are seeing a lot of patients with sinus problems and headaches here at Natural Health. It's just one of those years and that's the conditions we have to work with. Again, I'm going to promote our two great products for these types of conditions. The first one is our drainage tool called Antronex which helps the liver to drain the lymphatic and get the gunk out of the sinuses. The second product we use a lot of this time of year is called Cal-Amo which is a calcium salt that helps to give the body the electrolytes it needs to not have problems with dehydration. It also helps a lot with the headaches patients have in the dry weather, and muscle spasms, leg cramps and fatigue.
The article that I'm sending along, looks at the problem with plant-based diets and an increase in heart disease. Now we know that that is not what everybody has been told - that plant based diets are supposed to be much better for heart issues and general health. It's a matter of the quality of the food we're talking about. The point here is that it's not particularly about a plant-based diet or meat-based diet or whatever, but it's about the quality of the food and how it is processed or not. Human Beings have been eating plants and meats for millennia and have developed a very good way of digesting and absorbing these foods. The problem here lies in the propaganda that different people talk about that gets listeners to go off the deep end on one or another. We see this on social media and wish that people would take a step back and look at the true nature of how food works in the body and that we really need both types to be really healthy long term. For example, being on a vegetarian diet is great for detoxifying the body but does not always give the body the complete proteins it needs to be healthy long term. On the other hand, eating a meat based only diet can sometimes be overwhelming to the liver and kidneys and cause issues there. It's about finding balance in your diet and realizing what foods are important for what problems a person has for overcoming the everyday stresses that people have to deal with. At Natural Health, we help our patients to understand what good food is and what they need to be healthy and then, most of the time, need to add supplements to make sure that their bodies can repair themselves from all the stress of our daily activities and life in general. We all want to be healthy and happy and have energy to enjoy our friends and families and not end up in nursing homes in bad degenerative shape. Our goal is to get our patients actually healthy and let them enjoy life with lots of energy.
