Here's to the start of a great week! Natural Health Family, it’s good to be back. I imagine everyone had a great weekend and enjoyed a nice mix of sunshine and rain. With all the many things going around about how this can help with this issue or that can take all the problems away, it makes sense that people can find it hard to know what to do in this world when it comes to our health and healing. Many times, when we have a health problem, our minds are already questioning what to do and what not to do. However, when it comes to our ability to heal, let’s see it through a different lens.

When you think of the word heal, what comes to mind? You may simply think of having a certain health problem and it getting all better. Some may think of a certain healer or practitioner who has helped them out in some way. Others may think of certain products, foods, herbs, medications, nutrition, etc. Of course, this is a vast topic of discussion, but to keep things simple, let’s break down the word “heal.” Heal comes from the Old English term “to make whole.” This may be interesting to you because much of the healthcare industry that we know is about specialists fixing certain problems rather than looking at the whole person. Those specialties have their place and have helped many people. However, it seems that more that we are coming to a time where people want more. That they long for solutions that go deeper. They want a strong, healthy body, which is due to getting to the cause of the issue rather than masking a symptom. Our bodies have an amazing capacity to heal, and this intelligence that is within all of us can bring back this wholeness when we support it and allow it to carry out this task.

What a time we live in with all the many technological advances and achievements of society. Although these are all great, we must be aware not to lose our abilities in the process. Our bodies are designed to be healthy, vital, and strong. Given the right ingredients and tools, we can see that wholeness is our natural state. Thanks for reading.
