Welcome back, Natural Health Family. I wanted today’s topic to be about you. To take some time and acknowledge you. Many of us, or perhaps all of us, have been or are going through some challenges we face daily. We all have gone through mistakes or failures that we wanted to change. And we all sometimes are hard on ourselves or carry something that doesn’t need to be carried anymore. If you are reading this, this is a reminder to slow down, to see that we are all one big family, and to realize that being you is a blessing to the world.
With everything in the world through social media, news, TV shows, movies, public events, etc., we are reminded of the different standards set by various outlets. We are bombarded with all this information daily. It is no wonder that we can feel stressed, why we feel we have to meet certain expectations, and why we don’t feel right sometimes. It is important to give ourselves time to reflect on what we have, what blessings are in our lives, that we are all created differently, and our differences and uniqueness are what give more flavor to the world. It is knowing that we are all the same, but that our differences and individual abilities help unify us and help us to realize how amazing each and every one of us is. That to be right here, right now is truly remarkable.
When was the last time you stopped and paused for a moment? To say thank you without really needing anything in return? I encourage you to take some time to reflect on what has been said and to remind yourself that you are perfect just as you are, even though in life we have and can make mistakes. Have a great week!
