Health Is Normal

Welcome back again, Natural Health Family. I hope everyone enjoyed a great week.
This past weekend I attended another Zone Seminar in Chicago in which I learned more and more about health and healing. It is always fun to be reminded of what is truly possible when it comes to our health and lives. Something that stood out was the fact that health is normal, although we have been told or through the media and other health advocates that it is not true. Let’s explore this topic and realize this truth for ourselves.
Have you ever seen a 90 year old or heard a story about a 100 year old person who was still moving well, healthy, and independent? Have you ever wondered why with the best technology in the world and the greatest science and research that America is ranked one of the lowest countries in regards to health? Or how about companies who make billions on a system that’s not working like we expected it to years ago. Again, like we mentioned before is that health is normal. This is the reason why some people can live to be 90 or 100 and be healthy. It is also another reason to question whether or not what the current system says about health is really helping or is all there is to health. If health is normal perhaps we don’t need to medicate or use drastic surgeries in order to get better or stay healthy. Of course, I’m not saying that there isn’t a time and place for those things, but would argue only for severe or emergency situations. Therefore, it is important to really understand health rather than fighting the issues or sickness and dis-ease so much. To maybe not search for the next best thing, but rather have a strong understanding and foundation of health. As we are able to let go of the old paradigms that have gotten us so off track, let go of the limitations, and to embrace a new way, we can start to allow ourselves to see the normalcy of health.
We all have different attitudes and know certain things about health. It is important though to see what works, to see results, and to be able to help ourselves get better. I encourage you to question, to study health, and to realize what is possible for you.
Enjoy the week.
