Interference

Work WITH rather than against the changes of life.

Welcome back, Natural Health Family.

Fall seems to be officially here. That crisp cool air in the morning is a refreshing change in the seasons. We all see things a little differently, some love the fall weather, some hate it, some notice the leaves changing, some focus on the snow coming later. Regardless of how you see it, the seasons still change. The changes in life are inevitable. It is the resistance to such change that can be what hinders us and causes us stress.

Think back to 20 years ago and imagine how different the world was. We can see many changes that have occurred since then. You could say some are good and some are bad. What hasn’t changed though is the intelligence within our bodies to heal. It still stays strong throughout our whole lives, beating our hearts, circulating thousands of gallons per day, automatically breathing in oxygen which goes to all the cells in our bodies, an intelligence that takes two cells and creates a human of around 50 trillion cells, etc. Now, what would keep this intelligence from working optimally?

Interference.

When our bodies are not able to adapt they become unbalanced which results in interference leading to health issues. So just like when we are resistant to life’s changes, not flowing with it as intended, we can become less adaptable, which leads to stress and a body that can’t keep up. That is why it is wise to accept more of life as it comes, to find joy in the little things, and work with rather than against the change of life.

When you look out in the world, what do you see? Do you see all the chaos, the mishaps, the unfortunate events? It is there, but society (the news, media, and internet) seems to put all that right in our faces much of the time. However, when you look past all that, and see the bigger picture, you see how amazing life can be and how intelligently designed it is.

Have a grand week.
