Happy Independence Day, Natural Health Family. I hope everyone enjoyed some time off in remembrance of all those who served for our freedom. This past weekend was a good reminder that we all go through some difficult times. That even our family and past generations went through some hardships and fought for what we are able to enjoy now. Sometimes, when we go through life there can be many distractions of certain goals or outcomes that we strive for. That is why it is important to have the right support and understanding so that we can achieve the final outcome. Like it is said, without a vision the people perish.

I can only imagine what our founding fathers were going through as they were birthing this country. The amount of trials and tribulations must have been at times overwhelming. But that didn’t stop them, they stayed true to a vision although was not seen at that time they held onto something not visible… yet. This is can be a great analogy to many aspects of our lives including our health. Whether we are able to learn new information to help us along the way, get help from someone who knows how to help in our healing, or to let go of things not supporting our vision, we can ultimately realize what is possible. The founders didn’t let others stop them from carrying out the mission to be a sovereign country. We should not let so many of the things around us dictate our own selves unless it is helpful to what are aspiring to achieve. When a person decides what they want, do what is needed, and let go of other unsupportive or things that are contrary to his or her goal, they can open up to that possibility.

When you look around at the world and what goes on in this country would you think people of the past would approve? JFK once said “Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.” This can be an important question in regards to our own lives and to come from a place of serving, being sure to build ourselves strong, staying healthy, so that we can still be a light for others in need along the way. Have a great week.
